Shikarni – Traditional Nepalese Pudding

- 500g hung yogurt (Hung in cheesecloth overnight) (I just used plain 2% Greek yogurt)
- 2bananas (1 chopped, one sliced for garnish)
- 100g icing sugar
- 1⁄2teaspoon cinnamon
- 1tablespoon pistachios, slivers
- Mix icing sugar and cinnamon powder with the yogurt.
- Beat with a balloon whisk and incorporate one chopped banana.
- Slice the other banana and use as a garnish, arranged in a layer. Garnish with pistachio slivers
